STEP 3: GET THE MEAL PLANS
Nutrition is one of the most important elements of the Trim fit bodies strategy. Everyday, you simply eat according to tasty meal plans already designed for weight loss by our dieticians. We have taken the guesswork out of it for you by providing a breakdown of the protein, fats and carbs in each meal, whilst also providing a full recipe list for you with over 200 recipes. Between meals you follow the snacking recipes for the meal plans or simply sip on a great tasting Trimfit shake, high in protein and less than 1g of fat and less than 1g of carbs in each shake.
